You are solely responsible for ensuring that all recipients of your SMS messages have provided valid consent.

You agree not to:

• Violate TCPA, CTIA, carrier, or local regulations
• Send misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content

MK TextBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate messaging regulations.

You agree to honor recipient opt-out requests immediately. Recipients must be able to stop receiving messages by replying STOP or through another legally compliant opt-out mechanism.

Certain services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees, SMS usage fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

All software, trademarks, branding, content, and platform functionality remain the exclusive property of MK AI Technologies DBA MK Textbiz.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• Mobile carriers
• Third-party providers
• Internet outages
• Force majeure events

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery rates may vary depending on carrier networks and recipient devices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MK AI Technologies DBA MK Textbiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MK AI Technologies DBA MK Textbiz from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the platform
• Violations of messaging regulations
• Unauthorized communications
• Breach of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform policies.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
